Your Cedricsdirect fur product must be returned within 15 days of the shipment receipt date.
Please keep the original carton, including all packaging materials, instruction booklets and any additional items that may have been contained in the carton in the event that you need to return this product.
If you received a damaged or opened package, you should refuse the package when it is delivered. If the package has been accepted and is then found to be damaged, please contact UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 within 24 hours of receipt of the package. UPS will then return to your home and pick up the package. Please ask the UPS driver for a receipt for the package pick up.
Worn or damaged items (resulting from wear) will not be accepted for returns.
In the event that you need to return your Cedricsdirect shopped items, please carefully repack your return in its original presentation packaging. Enclose all instructions and documents. Repack the product in the original shipping box it was received in and include your packing slip inside the box.
You may return your package via UPS, FedEx or US Mail. We recommend you purchase tracking service from your selected carrier. Save the receipt for your records.
